for your Electronic Monitoring Program

Welcome to your Program
Core Probation started using an ankle monitor, which we still have for high-level clients or clients who would like it. Core developed the first watch-tracking program and continues to improve the system. Core also offers a program that goes directly to a phone and uses our in-house tracking platform to log the information. Expecting Emails
Our Clients will receive a few emails and text messages from the start of your program(s). Text / email will come from our email system. You will see, manage, and or pay your invoices.
Once the intake packet is completed, you will receive an email with your link system, including your monthly check-in.
Important emails will contain updated information that is given to the courts. Any questions, please send an email to info@coreprobation.com, or you can reach out by texting your group.
Electronic Monitoring Program
Electronic Monitoring, Home Confinement, and the GPS Program. The GPS/Home Confinement program is priced at $10 per day. If less than 30 days old, let us know so we can adjust the price.
All sales are final, regardless of how many days you are out of jail. No refunds given, so make sure that your payments are stopped.
KEEPING THE CORE STAFF UP TO DATE WITH YOUR SCHEDULE
Start by downloading the Life 360 app (Do not get a subscription) to your phone and allow all permissions. Core will give you a six-digit case-insensitive, six-digit alphabetical code. Once Group 360 has been activated and the first month's EM dues are covered. You should watch the video on how to put on the watch. The first video must include an ID photo of you in your Marco Polo Group and show you wearing the device. Let us know if you have not received the device within five business days. There are two platforms that monitor your activity, and they both should be synchronized. If one device goes one way and the other goes the other way, the Core will ask WHAT is going on, and a violation fee will be applied.
Technical Skills Required
The only technical skills needed are to download the Marco Polo App and life 360 app. A Group will be created, and a link will be texted and sent to your email to join. All communication will take place using the Marco Polo communication platform.

Core Probation & Consulting Staff strives to provide you with excellent Customer Service skills. We treat you like a person.
As long as you follow the program and complete all the court orders, you can get through these difficult times.
Please let our staff know if we can do anything to help within your group. Core gives you the necessary tools that are needed to complete the services ordered. Striving for a win-win scenario.
More Than One Service
You will be given a set of tools to help guide you through the process. Our system will collect the necessary information in order to report back to the courts.
If the courts are not receiving our documentation, you need to provide this information to your group with members of our Core Staff.
Shipping Department
When ordering inventory from our systems, the Staff will check to make sure there are no new violations of the law, invoices must be current, and you MUST be in compliance.
You will receive an email with a tracking receipt in your email so you can track where the testing supply is. If you have not received anything from Core within a week, please reach out to Core at Info@coreprobation.com.
What happens if I just cannot pay my bill
If the monthly payment is not received on or before the Client(s) starting calendar date every month. One or more of the following may occur:
1. You will be warned to make payment before the end of the date, or the program/service will be disconnected, and other violations could occur.
2. $100 / month late fee in addition to your regular monthly fee will occur. The fee will occur every month that the monthly payment is not received.
3. Make contact with Core Staff to make payment arrangements. If the arrangements are made and approved by Core, then no late fee will occur.
If you do not keep to your agreement, then a late fee will be added for all the months missed, and Core will not approve any more payment arrangements for your case.

What is considered a violation?
Violations:
1. Not communicating with Core Staff.
2. Not keeping your schedule updated.
3. Not following the rules the Judge sets in place.
4. Violation of a no-contact order.
Consequences that come from violations
For any violation, one or all of the following actions could be done by Core Staff:
$100 violation charge. This is for each violation that occurs if you miss three tests, which equals $300. Don't miss or do your test(s) outside the testing windows.
Non-compliance report or an Order to Show Cause could be filed with the court, attorneys, probation officers, and or all of the above. All issues are digitally reported.
Your program could be shut down and a violation reported.
You could be instructed to do our violation course, which you need to complete to get back into compliance. This is $100 course and you should never have to take!

Meetings will be held in your private group. In order to resolve issues or concerns.
Core Systems Working Together
Core looks for resources available to you, giving the necessary tools to complete the program and or services.
From the time you start our program(s), filling out our service agreement, until the day Core puts in for a completion or termination.
Everything is monitored and communicated through our systems, which are monitored and recorded. All systems communicate and work together.
