Expecting Emails
Clients will receive a couple emails from the time you sign your service agreement. An email will come to you to inviting you to your private group with the Core Staff.

Breathalyzer Testing
You will use the Marco Polo Group along with the professional breathalyzer received via mail to take your breath tests throughout the day.
The standard testing times are as follows:
5 to 8 am
10 to 12 pm
5 to 8 pm
10 to midnight.
Any modifications to the standard testing schedule MUST be approved and documented by our Core Staff.
Testing & Supplies
The professional breathalyzer device will be provided. You will use the device at least two to four times every day. i.e.. From 5 to 8 am, you take your first test.
The Breathalyzer is delivered using the USPS and will be mailed to the address located on your service agreement form. If you need to change your address, please contact our shipping team as soon as possible to make these corrections.

Technical Skills Required
The only technical skills needed is to download Marco Polo App.
You will receive an email with a link to set up your user name, and this is where you will perform your check-in and take your test.

Core Professionalism
Core is a monitoring agency that is paid by you, our client(s). The Core staff's main duty is to monitor and report back to the Courts, Probation Officers, Attorneys, counselors, and other agencies.
Core Probation & Consulting Staff strives to provide you with excellent Customer Service Skills and will treat you like a person. As long as all of the program rules are followed. You will get through it by going through the programs.
Please let our staff know how we can improve in the comments in your own private group.
Core will continue to help and give you the necessary tools needed to complete the service ordered.
More Than One Service
The reason a service agreement needs to be completed is that each service and program has a unique teaching process.
Our system will collect the necessary information to report to the courts. If something is not working or the courts are not receiving our documentation, please email info@coreprobation.org.
Shipping Department
When ordering inventory from our systems, the Staff will check to make sure there are no new violations of the law, invoices must be current, and you MUST remain in compliance.
You will receive an email with a tracking receipt in your email so you can track where the testing supply is. If you have not received anything from Core within a week, please reach out to Core at Info@coreprobation.com.
What happens if I just cannot pay my bill
If the monthly payment is not received on or before the Client(s) starting calendar date every month. One or more of the following may occur:
1. You will be warned to make payment before the end of the date, or the program/service will be disconnected, and other violations could occur.
2. You will be taken off the group and be charged $150 every month that you keep our device. Once the device is returned, our team will stop the recurring invoice.
3. $50 / month late fee in addition to your regular monthly fee will occur. The fee will occur every month that the monthly payment is not received.
4. Make contact with Core Staff to make payment arrangements. If the arrangements are made and approved by Core then no late fee will occur. If you do not keep to your agreement, then a late fee will be added for all the months missed, and Core will not approve payment arrangements in your case.

What is considered a violation?
Violations are:
1. Missing tests. Either not doing the test or doing the test outside of the given window.
2. Getting caught drinking.
3. After receiving a positive result and taking three additional tests, the result is still positive. An alcohol test will be administered, $30 for the test found in your breathalyzer case.
If an IETG test is still needed for levels or verification, a $100 invoice will be sent before the order is placed with Quest Diagnostics.
4. Going over 12 hours without a test.
Consequences that come from violations
For any violation, one or all of the following actions could be done by Core Staff:
$100 violation charge. This is for each violation that occurs if you miss three tests, which equals $300. Don't miss or do your test(s) outside the testing windows.
Non-compliance report or an Order to Show Cause could be filed with the court, attorneys, probation officers, and or all of the above. All issues are digitally reported.
$30 alcohol test will be administered ($30 is due at the time you are tested). If the test needs to be sent out for levels, there will be an additional $80, and it is required at the time the test is sent to Quest Diagnostics.
If the test is a false positive Core will give a $50 credit.
You could be instructed to do our violation course, which you need to complete to get back into compliance. This is $100 course and you should never have to take!
Schedule a Live Meeting
The meeting will be held in your private group. In the top right corner, there is a camera. You can click on it and be taken to the meeting room. We can also share computer screens in order to resolve the issues or concerns.
Core System Working Together
Our services start by filling out the service agreement. Our system has been designed to give you the necessary tools until the day we put in for a completion or termination.
